Join us for an intimate Negroni Masterclass led by Bar Manager Brian Calleja in the elegant surrounds of the Negroni Bar at Boisdale of Belgravia.

Begin with a welcome Americano before exploring the origins of Italian aperitivo culture and the story behind the classic Negroni. Guests will then build and enjoy two full serves, including a Classic Negroni and a White Negroni, among the most popular styles ordered by our guests.

The session concludes with practical tips for recreating both styles at home and experimenting with variations.
