Join us for an intimate Negroni Masterclass led by Bar Manager Brian Calleja in the elegant surroundings of the Negroni Bar at Boisdale of Belgravia.

Begin with a welcome Americano before exploring the origins of Italian aperitivo culture and the story behind the classic Negroni. Guests will then build and enjoy two full serves, including a Classic Negroni and a White Negroni, among the most popular styles ordered by our guests.

The session concludes with practical tips for recreating both styles at home and experimenting with variations.

Hosted as a seated, tutored tasting at Boisdale of Belgravia, this compelling evening will feature iconic Chilean fine wines, including Santa Rita's flagship Casa Real, alongside classified growth Bordeaux, all tasted blind. Guests will explore questions of terroir, tradition, and value as old-world and new-world styles go head to head. The tasting will feature six exceptional wines guided by expert commentary and will be accompanied by five canapes per guest.
