Tignanello 2021 and Guado al Tasso 2021 take centre stage at this exceptional Antinori dinner hosted by Allegra Antinori at Boisdale of Belgravia. Guests will enjoy a four-course menu paired with distinguished wines from Tenuta Tignanello, Tenuta Guado al Tasso, Castello della Sala and Tenuta Montenisa, while discovering the story behind one of Italy’s most celebrated winemaking dynasties, whose heritage dates back to 1385.

Chassagne-Montrachet, Chablis 1er Cru and Montagny go head-to-head with acclaimed Chardonnays from Argentina and Chile in this hosted blind tasting at Boisdale of Belgravia. Guests will sample six wines alongside matching canapés before voting on the results, followed by a revealing discussion on terroir, style and craftsmanship with the Aluvia and Santa Rita teams, plus a bonus mystery Chilean wine to finish.

Negroni Masterclass

Join us for an intimate Negroni Masterclass led by Bar Manager Brian Calleja in the elegant surroundings of the Negroni Bar at Boisdale of Belgravia.
Begin with a welcome Americano before exploring the origins of Italian aperitivo culture and the story behind the classic Negroni. Guests will then build and enjoy two full serves, including a Classic Negroni and a White Negroni, among the most popular styles ordered by our guests.
The session concludes with practical tips for recreating both styles at home and experimenting with variations.
