Booking & Tickets

How do I book a table for food & drinks?

You can book a table for food and drinks HERE by selecting Boisdale of Belgravia and choosing your preferred area:

  • Auld Restaurant – the oldest part of Boisdale of Belgravia, without live music
  • Courtyard - a covered garden-style space where music may be heard during live performances
  • Macdonald Restaurant - the main dining room where live music performances take place
  • Negroni Bar
  • Cigar Terrace

Important: Booking a table in the Macdonald Restaurant does not automatically include access to live music unless tickets are purchased. If you’d prefer to dine without live music, we recommend selecting Auld Restaurant or Courtyard when booking.

How do I book tickets for live music performance?

  1. Click here to book
  2. Choose your show, ticket type and number of guests
  3. Select your arrival time (we recommend 6.30 pm - 7.00 pm)
  4. Enter your details and complete the payment - your table is booked!

All live performances take place in the Macdonald Restaurant.

Where are my tickets?

Your email confirmation acts as your ticket.
Please have it available on your phone when you arrive.

Can I amend my booking?

If you need to make changes, please contact us by phone on 02077306922 or email info@boisdale.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.

What time should I arrive, and what if I’m late?

For dinner & show bookings, we recommend arriving between 6.30pm and 7.00pm.

If you expect to arrive late, please let us know where possible. You will still be seated if you have valid tickets.

Please note that the kitchen for the dinner & show menu closes at 10.15pm.

How long do shows last?

Most performances run across two to three sets of 35 - 45 minutes, with short breaks in between.

Do you operate a waiting list?

Yes. If a show is sold out, you can join our waiting list by leaving your email address.
We’ll contact you if tickets become available or new dates are released.

How long can I keep my table?

Guests with tickets may keep their table for the duration of the performance.

Can I cancel or transfer my tickets?

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If ticket insurance was purchased at the time of booking, claims should be made directly through Ticket Plan.

Can I request a specific table?

We can’t guarantee specific table locations before arrival, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Will I be sharing a table?

Shared tables are only used for single-guest bookings.

Food & Drink

Can I view the menus?

Our current menus can be viewed here.

Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking or on arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Allergen charts are available at the venue.

Do you offer halal or kosher options?

Halal and kosher options are not routinely available.
If you require halal or kosher dishes, please let us know in advance, as this allows us to check availability and order specifically where possible.

Can I book just drinks?

The bar operates primarily on a walk-in basis, though we’ll do our best to accommodate requests where possible.

What time does the kitchen close?

  • À la carte menu: 12.00-2.30pm & 6.00-10.15pm
  • All-day menu: available until 11.15pm
  • Late-night nibbles: available after this

Celebrations & Groups

Can I bring a cake or decorations?

  • Cakes must be pre-arranged at least 10 days in advance
  • One balloon is permitted in non-stage areas
  • Banners, confetti and glitter are not permitted

Large parties & private events

  • For groups of 12+ guests, please contact us to confirm availability and advise on the best way to book.

Dress Code & House Rules

Is there a dress code?

We recommend smart-casual attire.
Guests are also welcome to dress up if they wish.

Can I take photos or videos during the show?

Photography and casual filming on mobile phones are welcome.
Professional filming or recording equipment isnot permitted without prior approval.

Please be mindful of other guests and the performers when taking photos or videos.

Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking and vaping are only permitted on our outdoor terraces.

Children & Dogs

Are children welcome?

  • Evening live music: guests aged 13+ are welcome with adult supervision
  • Lunchtime performances: younger guests are welcome - please email us in advance to include them

Please note that Boisdale of Belgravia has stairs throughout the venue and does not have lift access.
The venue is not buggy-friendly and baby-changing facilities are not available.

Unfortunately, this venue is not wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking is available nearby, with variable rates depending on day and time.
