When you use the Site, make a reservation, buy a gift voucher, or otherwise get in touch, we may collect:

- Dietary preferences, allergies and other health-related information you share with us
- Membership information: details of any membership, benefits or rewards
- Financial information: your card details, billing address and bank details, where needed to take payment

We collect information you give us directly — for example when you make a reservation, buy a gift voucher, join our mailing list, or contact us — and information collected automatically when you use the Site, including through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies,” below).

We only use your personal information where we have a lawful basis to: because it's necessary to fulfil a booking or service you've asked for, because you've given consent (for example, by subscribing to our emails), or because it's in our legitimate business interests (for example, to keep the Site secure or to improve it).

Children
Our Site is intended for users aged 16 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
