Booking & Tickets
How do I book tickets for a live music or DJ performance?

- Choose your show, ticket type and number of guests
- Select your arrival time (we recommend 6.30 pm - 7.00 pm)
- Enter your details and complete the payment - your table is booked!
What ticket types are available on the 2nd Floor Main Stage?
Ticket options may vary by event and can include:
- Show & £30 Food Credit – includes a £30 non-refundable dining credit per person, redeemable against your food bill on the evening
- Show & Gourmet 3-Course Dinner – includes a specially created set menu
- Show & 2-Course Dinner – available on selected events and December performances

What ticket types are available in the 1st Floor Hine Bar & Garden Terrace?
- Supper & Music – includes entry and a two-course menu. A table is included with your booking.
- DJ Brunch – includes a three-course brunch and a complimentary Boisdale Bellini. A table is included.
- Table Reservations alone – available with a minimum spend towards food & drinks requirement.
Outdoor terrace tables are covered and heated. If you wish to move indoors due to the weather on the day, we will always try to accommodate you where space allows; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Where are my tickets?
Your email confirmation acts as your ticket.
Please have it available on your phone when you arrive.
Can I amend my booking?
If you need to make changes, please contact us by phone on 02077306922 or email info@boisdale.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.
What time should I arrive, and what if I’m late?
For dinner & show bookings, we recommend arriving between 6.30pm and 7.00pm.
If you expect to arrive late, please let us know where possible. You will still be seated if you have valid tickets.
Please note that the kitchen for the dinner & show menu closes at 10pm.
Do you operate a waiting list?
Yes. If a show is sold out, you can join our waiting list by leaving your email address.
We’ll contact you if tickets become available or new dates are released.
How long can I keep my table?
Guests with tickets may keep their table for the duration of the performance.
Can I cancel or transfer my tickets?
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If ticket insurance was purchased at the time of booking, claims should be made directly through Ticket Plan.
To request a refund, call us and follow the link above.
Can I request a specific table?
We can’t guarantee specific table locations before arrival, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Will I be sharing a table?
Shared tables are typically used for single-guest bookings or for specific banquet-style events in which communal seating is part of the experience.
Food & Drink
How do I book a table for food & drinks?
You can book a table for food and drinks HERE by selecting Boisdale of Canary Wharf and choosing your preferred area:
- First Floor Bar, Dining Room & Garden Terrace – cocktails, DJs and drinks tables
- Main Restaurant (Music Charge from 9.00pm) – home to our live music performances
- Members Outdoor Terrace – available to book for Boisdale Members only; non-members are welcome on a walk-in basis, subject to availability.
Availability varies by date and time.
Important: Booking a table during a live music or DJ performance does not automatically include access to the event. If you wish to remain for the performance, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as availability on the night cannot be guaranteed.
Can I view the menus?
Our current menus can be viewed here.
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking or on arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Allergen charts are available at the venue.
Do you offer halal or kosher options?
Halal and kosher options are not routinely available.
If you require halal or kosher dishes, please let us know in advance, as this allows us to check availability and order specifically where possible.
Is a service charge added?
A discretionary 14.5% service charge is added to your food and drink bill.
Please note: Service charge is applied on the night of the event to the dinner element only of any dinner & show package tickets purchased.
Can I book just drinks?
Drinks are primarily available on a walk-in basis.
For DJ nights, drinks tables in the Hine Bar or Terrace can be reserved with a £30 deposit per person to be used on food and drinks on the night.
Celebrations & Groups
Can I bring a cake or decorations?
If you would like to order a cake through us, this must be arranged at least 10 days in advance.
If you wish to bring your own cake, please inform us beforehand. Please note that a cakeage fee applies.
- One balloon is permitted in non-stage areas
- Banners, confetti and glitter are not permitted
Large parties & private events
- For groups of 12+ guests, please get in touch with us to confirm availability and advise on the best way to book.

Dress Code & House Rules
Is there a dress code?
We recommend smart-casual attire.
Guests are also welcome to dress up if they wish.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photography and casual filming on mobile phones are welcome.
Professional filming or recording equipment isnot permitted without prior approval.
*Please be mindful of other guests and the performers when taking photos or videos.
Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are only permitted on our outdoor terraces.
DJ Nights
Is there an age restriction for DJ nights?
Yes. DJ nights are strictly 25+.
All guests must follow the smart-casual dress code.
Children & Dogs
Are children welcome?
- Evening live music: guests aged 13+ are welcome with adult supervision
- Lunchtime performances: younger guests are welcome - please email info@boisdale.co.uk in advance to include them
Highchairs and children’s menus are available upon request.
Booking Tip: Please include children and buggies in your total guest numbers when booking.
Can I bring my dog?
Guide and service dogs are welcome. Please inform us in advance.
Accessibility & Practical Information
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Boisdale of Canary Wharf is fully accessible, with lifts to both the 1st floor Hine Bar and 2nd floor restaurant.
If you have additional access requirements, please contact reservations@boisdale-cw.co.uk before arrival.
Is there parking nearby?
Cabot Square Car Park (E14 4AP) is located directly beneath the venue, with lift access to both floors.
On Saturdays and Sundays, parking tickets may be authenticated by our reception team for up to three hours. Please ask on arrival.

How do I enquire about performing at Boisdale?
