BOISDALE TICKET GUARANTEE
The COVID19 situation is complex and constantly evolving and the following guidance is provided should you find yourself in the position of being unable to attend the booked event due to COVID19:
You can buy insurance with your ticket purchase through TicketPlan. You will be prompted to buy when ordering your tickets.
TicketPlan will protect UK Customer’s ticket purchases (excluding donations and items not purchased through Boisdale) to a value of £1,500 per item if the customer is unable to attend the event due to specified unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Illness including a member of a household testing positive for covid19
- Required to self-isolate by NHS track and trace
- Travel disruption due to breakdown en-route or bad weather
- Jury service

If you have purchased insurance and need to claim you will need to contact the insurance provider Ticketplan who will handle your claim.
If you have not purchased the insurance, Boisdale will not be able to refund you should you not be able to attend the event. If the event is cancelled, Boisdale will transfer your ticket booking to a rescheduled date or another event of your choice.

For the safety and comfort of our customers, Boisdale continues to implement Covid safety measures including the Sanitimes Room Atomisers, which the manufacturer claims can kill 99.99% of viruses bacteria in the air.
