Boisdale of Canary Wharf is celebrating game season with a special dinner on Monday, 22nd October.
Executive Head Chef Andy Rose will showcase a range of game, all paired with matching wines.
The menu for the evening includes:
Venison bresaola, watercress, truffled dressing
Game broth with pigeon tortellini
Wild mushrooms, sherry, parsley
Roasted partridge wrapped in Ayrshire bacon
Savoy cabbage, caraway Boisdale claret sauce
Apple tart fine
Calvados ice cream
