On Monday, 17th September, Boisdale will celebrate the start of the oyster dredging season and the diversity and quality of British seafood by hosting an oyster tasting at Canary Wharf.
Guests will have an opportunity not only to indulge in mouth-watering oysters from British Isles but also compare and assess each mollusk based on appearance, texture, meat-to-shell ratio, flavour, and a balance of sweetness and saltiness.
