Wing in to Boisdale to celebrate the Glorious Twelfth and the start of the shooting season.
This year we are offering grouse with two classical garnishes:
Roast Red Grouse from the Rutherford Estate on the Scottish borders with bread sauce, game chips, recurrant jelly, watercress, gravy — £35.
Young Red Grouse prepared 3 ways: roast crown, pithivier with confit leg, stuffed cabbage & smoked bacon served with wild mushrooms, barley & elderberries — £38.
The grouse will be available from TUESDAY 18 AUGUST until the end of October 2015.
