Love rum? A fan­tas­tic evening at Bois­dale of Bish­ops­gate will be an expe­ri­ence to remem­ber. The event takes place on Fri­day, 19th Octo­ber at 8pm.

Guests will be intro­duced to hand select­ed rums to suit the occa­sion.

Poached Mersea island rock oys­ter with sea alexan­ders

Wild high­land veni­son carpac­cio, crust­ed with juniper berry shaved reg­giano parme­san, wild rock­et and Dou­glas fir infused olive oil
