Monday 3rd December saw Boisdale of Canary Wharf honour both cigar aficionados and celebrity cigar smokers from around the world at the highly esteemed Viña Carmen Cigar Smoker of the Year Awards Dinner 2018.
The Eat Game Awards is a brand-new initiative created by three leading British businesses, James Purdey & Sons Ltd, Boisdale Restaurants and Taste of Game, bringing together the shooting, game meat and hospitality sectors to celebrate the wild game meat produced in Britain.
Brian McFadden, Natasha Hamilton, Alexander O’Neal, Fleur East & Donovan amongst the winners at the star-studded event.
On Wednesday 24 January Boisdale of Belgravia was reminiscent of a Later with Jools Holland studio set. The Belgravia stalwart hosted a star studded event attended by Kylie Minogue, Mick Hucknall, Sir Tom Jones, Sir Bob Geldof, David Gilmore, Mel C not to mention tinsel town and silver screen stars Hugh Laurie, Jenifer Saunders, Dawn French, journalist and philanthropist Jemima Goldsmith and comedian Harry Hill.
The Annual Cigar Smoker of the Year Awards returned to the stage at Boisdale of Canary Wharf, on Sunday 3rd December 2017. For the fifth time this illustrious event for cigar fans celebrated iconic cigars, producers, writers, terraces and smokers.
Boisdale of Canary Wharf launched it’s Jamaica Garden Terrace in collaboration with the Jamaica Tourist Board. The ribbon was cut by His Excellency Seth George Ramocan, Jamaican High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, who was dressed in traditional tartan for the special celebration.
