How to order Our various product categories can be found in the “shop” menu on the left side of the site. Members of the Boisdale Jazz & Cigar Club need to login to the “Members Login” before selecting wines, in order to receive their Club discount. Click here for information on how to become a Member. When you find products you would like to buy, add them to your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the “view basket” link in the main menu. You can adjust quantities and add or delete products until you are ready to complete the order. Minimum Orders: please note that wine orders must be a minimum of 12 bottles – cases can be mixed by any style or price. Cigar orders must be a minimum of one box of 25 cigars. Once you have completed your order, proceed to Checkout by clicking on “View Basket.” You will then be asked for personal details, including your billing and delivery address, contact telephone number and email address. When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation automatically to the email address you have provided. Delivery Details Wine Deliveries can be made throughout the UK on weekdays only (between 8am and 7pm, excluding public holidays). For orders of £250 and over (inclusive of VAT), delivery is free. Orders under £250 will incur a delivery charge: £15 (inclusive of VAT) to destinations within mainland England, Scotland and Wales and £35 (inclusive of VAT) to destinations in the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to mainland destinations and up to 10 working days for other destinations. Cigars All Cigars are sent by special delivery so will need to be signed for on delivery. Postage and packing is £7.00. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Salmon Postage & Packing is £4.50. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Umbrellas Postage and packing is £10. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
