Dunkeld Wild Scottish Smoked Salmon
Wild salmon of exceptional quality, landed on the north west coast of Scotland. Living on a natural diet, the salmon swim vast distances across the North Atlantic over a number of years, growing and maturing, never constrained in any way. At the Springwells smokehouse on the banks of the River Tay in Dunkeld, each fish is carefully selected and prepared individually. The salmon is cured in dry salt and then smoked over whisky barrel chips and oak dust. No additives or colourings are used, giving a truly natural product. This is smoked salmon as it always used to be. The packs can stored in the fridge up to the use by date. Once opened, the salmon should be eaten within three days. Alternatively, the packs can be stored in the freezer for three months from the date of purchase. 250grams sliced pack suitable for 4 people as a starter.
