Boisdale Brut NV
This small, modest family-owned Champagne House is one of the regions better-kept secrets and the Boisdale Cuvee was registered as a Marque in 1987. 98% of the grapes used are from Premier Cru rated vineyards, (which very few Champagne houses can boast) and the wine is aged for an average of six years before being released - most Champagne is aged for only two. The result is a rich golden colour, a stunning nose of biscuits and honey, and a creamy, luscious complexity on the palate.

A predominantly classic Cabernet Sauvignon blend. We have been shipping Ricaud since 1985. 2001 vintage represents a quantum leap with improved concentration and more use of new oak. (Minimum order 12 bottles.)
