Burns night

I am sorry that we did not have an opportunity to chat a little longer on the evening of the Burns Night, and the Jonnie Walker Blue Label Award that I was given. However, because I was on the late sleeper to Edinburgh, I hat to rush off a little ahead of everyone else.
I know you had a great deal to do with the evening; may I first of all say that the food was excellent all the way through from the smoked salmon to the haggis, to the beef, which was so tender and succulent, and you should be very proud.
I have been in your restaurant before in the company of David Burnside and I will certainly make a point of coming back.
