RECRUITING NOW: RECEPTIONISTS

 We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Belgravia Restaurant with Private dining facilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication & organisational skills, fluent written and spoken English and a passion for quality focused restaurants.

Previous experience in similar environment such as reception is essential and knowledge of Quadranet reservations system will be beneficial.

This role will suit a friendly, out-going personality with a natural flair for recognising and exceeding Guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

Meet and greet guests
Manage the booking system and confirmations
Responsible for Reception desk and cloakroom also host responsibilities
Responsible for ordering Office stationery and other admin
Assist in managing table plans and allocations

Hours of work / Shift Pattern: 5-7 shifts per week depending on business needs, day and evening shifts between Monday to Saturday. Average hours 35-40- this may increase during busy periods
